NB - We strongly advise against the use of strong detergents to clean tabletops made from natural materials. Substances such as D10 sanitiser or bleach act to damage or strip protective coatings such as lacquers, making the product more susceptible to unsightly marks and/or discolouration. Instead, we recommend the use of soap diluted in water as this meets all health and safety requirements for tables in dining or recreational areas.

Shipping is not included within the price shown on the website, but calculated at checkout before payment is taken. All goods are shipped on a tracked 48hr shipping policy after dispatch. Please allow up to 10 working days from date of order to delivery of product. Deliveries will be made via courier between Mon-Fri between the hours of 9am-5pm.
We only ship to England, Scotland and Wales. We do not ship to Northern Ireland or Ireland.
We are constantly reviewing additional shipping options and intend to increase these over the course of 2025.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from receipt of your goods to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your products must be in the same condition as you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us via help@diningchairsuk.com We will then provide you with a return address. When your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
