Shipping policy

Shipping is not included within the price shown on the website, but calculated at checkout before payment is taken. Goods will be dispatched from our warehouse within 2-7 working days, orders are then shipped on a 48hr fully tracked service. Please allow up to 10 working days from date of order to delivery of product.

Deliveries will be made via courier between Mon-Fri between the hours of 9am-5pm. All deliveries will be curb-side drop off, unless otherwise stated. Please also note that so larger orders will come on a pallet, this will not be taken away by the courier and is down to the customer to dispose of.

We only ship to England, Scotland and Wales. We do not ship to Northern Ireland or Ireland. If our website states we can not ship to your postcode, please get in touch as we may be able to ship your items and we will provide you a quote, call us on 0115 855 66 66.

Free Collection Available – Nottingham Warehouse

We’re pleased to offer free collection from our main warehouse in Nottingham. Most orders are ready for collection within 24 hours. However, if your order includes multiple items stored across different warehouses, it may take a little longer to prepare.

Once your order is placed, we’ll contact you to arrange a suitable collection date and time.

Please bring your order reference number with you. When you arrive, drive around to the back of the building to the yard area. A member of our warehouse team will be there to assist you and help load your items into your vehicle.
