Shipping is not included within the price shown on the website, but calculated at checkout before payment is taken.
Orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 2–7 working days and shipped via a fully tracked 48-hour courier service. Please allow up to 10 working days from the date of your order for delivery.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm, and are curb-side drop off only, unless otherwise specified.
Please note:
Larger orders may arrive on a pallet.
Couriers do not remove pallets; disposal is the responsibility of the customer.
We only ship to England, Scotland and Wales. We do not ship to Northern Ireland or Ireland.
We are constantly reviewing additional shipping options and intend to increase these over the course of 2025.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from receipt of your goods to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your products must be in the same condition as you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us via help@diningchairsuk.com We will then provide you with a return address. When your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question via help@diningchairsuk.com.
Please note that returns will be subject to a 25% restocking charge.
Damages and issues - Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds - We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
